1. Scope of Facilitation Services

Hezitt Healthcare Services Private Limited ("Hezitt Health", "we", "us", or "our") operates as an independent medical travel and healthcare facilitation platform. We connect international and domestic patients with accredited quaternary and tertiary hospitals, medical centers, and credentialed medical specialists across India.

Medical Facilitator Disclaimer: Hezitt Health is a facilitation and logistics coordinator, not a hospital, clinic, or licensed healthcare provider. We do not practice medicine, diagnose medical conditions, or provide clinical treatments. All medical opinions, diagnoses, and surgical procedures are rendered exclusively by licensed physicians and hospitals.

2. Quotations & Cost Estimates

Treatment package estimates, hospital quotations, and doctor opinions provided via Hezitt Health are preliminary estimates based on patient-submitted reports, scans, and clinical notes. Final packages are subject to in-person diagnostic evaluation upon hospital admission.

Zero Markup Guarantee: Hezitt Health does not add markups or service commissions to hospital treatment charges. All medical bills and treatment costs are billed directly by the hospital and paid directly by the patient at the hospital billing desk.

3. Medical Records & Patient Representations

By submitting inquiries or medical scans, you confirm that:

• You are the patient or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the patient.
• All medical records, diagnosis history, and personal details provided are accurate and authentic.
• You authorize Hezitt Health to transmit relevant medical records to partner accredited hospitals and chief physicians solely for clinical assessment and quotation preparation.

4. Medical Visa & Travel Assistance

We assist patients by facilitating official Medical Visa Invitation Letters issued directly by accredited partner hospitals. Visa grants, approvals, and entry permissions are within the sole sovereign jurisdiction of the Government of India and the respective Indian Embassy or Consulate.

5. Limitation of Liability

Medical treatment involves inherent risks. Hezitt Health shall not be held liable for any clinical outcomes, surgical results, post-operative complications, or medical negligence arising from care delivered by partner hospitals or medical practitioners. Clinical contracts are established directly between the patient and the treating healthcare institution.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of our facilitation services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi / Gurugram, India.
